WHAT IS MEANT BY "SHIPPING TIME FROM THIS SITE" AND DO YOU GUARANTEE SHIPPING? Shipping Time is defined as the calendar days from the day we receive full payment to the day we ship the item(s) to you. Shipping Time is a matter of Quality Assurance as items must be fully tested prior to shipping. Shipping from this site refers to items we ship ordered on this site itself, not on Ebay or Amazon.com. We usually ship much earlier than the Shipping Time stated, however heavy item demand will naturally delay shipping. Our items on Ebay and Amazon.com clearly state their respective Shipping Time. Rational: In order to keep our prices low we opted not to keep a large number of items in stock. As a result, if you purchase directly from our site you may experience a waiting period not to exceed the Shipping Time stated on the main page. (please see our SHIPPING GUARANTEE below).
SHIPPING GUARANTEE AND SHIPPING LOSS If we are late in shipping beyond the stated time of this site, we will either reimburse you 100% of your money and cancel the order or we will keep servicing your order, the decision is up to you. No stocking fees or hidden fees will be assessed if an order is cancelled. (RCM8 Robotic Mower is exempt). We use shipping services with tracking capabilities which means your package is insured (USPS is exempt from insurance). If your package gets lost, the shipping company investigates. After the investigation, if your package is deemed lost we send you another unit or refund 100% of your money! *EXEMPTION OF SHIPPING GUARANTEE" *Due to stocking restrictions, the full Remote Control mower (RCM8) is exempt from our Shipping Guarantee. You may only cancel the mower after the full shipping time has expired for a full refund, otherwise we reserve the right to assess a 20% stocking fee upon cancellation. Once you pay, you are committed to receive the item. PLEASE NOTE! UPS DOES NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES therefore WE USE US Postal Service WHAT OTHER GUARANTEES DO YOU OFFER? We guarantee all of our retrofitted products for 30 days. Our fully built products, such as our meters, have a 60 day Warrantee. We test all of our products before delivery. Warrantees and guarantees are fix or replace, not money back. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply return it within 15 days from the time the tracking states we shipped the product (except if the product was auctioned on Ebay). Please make sure the product is in good resale condition along with all parts, batteries, packaging and manuals in the original box. You must pay for the cost of shipping so please understand what you are buying prior to purchasing the product. You can always Email us at sales @ moditronic.com for any questions. Once we received the product in good resale condition within the time allotted, we will refund your money. IF THE PRODUCT IS BROKEN: Electronic products will have their own repair warrantee therefore please make sure to register the product with the manufacturer once you received it. The manufacturer of the product is responsible for the proper operation of the product itself. We take full responsibility of our production, retrofit or upgrade services and related components, therefore if one of our components fail, you will have up to 30 days, from when tracking records your delivery, to contact us. We will then send you instructions on how to return the product to us for your full money back or replacement. We pay for the cost of shipping. In all fairness, please understand that if the product is deemed not broken, we will ship your product back with no refund and relinquish any further guarantees on the product, therefore please be sure of your claims. WHY DO YOU USE GROUND SERVICES FOR ALL YOUR SHIPPING? In order to reduce costs, we only ship ground unless you, the buyer, request quicker shipping. We always use a tracking system when shipping to guarantee delivery. NOTE FOR P.O. BOXES: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. We will use the US Post Office instead. If you want your parcel faster or prefer another carrier, you must pay the difference. We use UPS, DHL or FEDEX for orders to specific Domestic or International locations. USPS for international is not trackable to the door.
