INFRARED CAMERA GHOST HUNTING NOTES

CAPTURING ORBS: Because they are made of energy, orbs show up as round, very brightly lit particles therefore the DEEP IR camera is able to differentiate between true orbs and dust particles, bugs, rain drops, etc… The camera’s flash will help enhance the Orb at close range.

NIGHT CEMETERY SHOTS: Please note that night shots will show the infrared range as well, if you take a picture in total darkness, you must have a light source such as using the camera's flash or an infrared flashlight in orderto see your subject, in other words this camera will not take pictures in total darkness as this is not a thermal imaging camera. You must have some type of light source or your subject must emit high heat in order for the subject to show up in your pictures.

Cameras at this price level do not have a strong flash. You will need a good strobe in order to take outside pictures such as cemetery shots. Due to its enhanced DEEP IR sensitivity you are encouraged to use the built-in-flash while taking close indoor shots as the pictures will not white out like normal IR conversion cameras.

ANTI BLUR / ANTI SHAKE: Cameras at this price level do not have good anti shake / anti blur circuitry. Since you will be taking mostly night shots as a ghost hunter, the camera’s automatic shutter speed control will automatically lengthen the exposure rate to its maximum setting therefore you need to keep the camera steady or you will get a blurry picture. Due to the camera’s DEEP IR sensitivity, daytime shots will not look overexposed. Using a good tripod or some sort of hand rest will help tremendously in acquiring clear pictures.  

IR PHOTOGRAPHY: Due to the DEEP IR enhancements, this camera can be be used outdoors in bright lights, indoors, at night, in the shade or in cloudy days. The pictures taken by this camera will not be overexposed in bright sunlight conditions.

APPLE/Macintosh COMPATIBILITY statement: The included software is not Mac compatible. To move pictures in to your MAC’s hard drive plug in the USB interface and copy the picture files to your hard drive by doing a copy/paste procedure.  

K3 TRI FIELD METER NOTES

A TRI FIELD METER is much more sensitive than an EMF meter where, if calibrated properly, it can actually detect people as well as paranormal phenomenon as they manifest. This sensitive device was originally created to read the activity of distant geo magnetic storms, however ghost hunters are thrilled with its ability to detect even the weakest of anomalous readings.

Ghosts are known to emit more static energy than a human, they also attract IONs (charged particles), therefore their presence will spike a TRI FIELD METER for a definite and verified paranormal encounter. Some ghosts emit less energy than others, therefore the more sensitive the device, the better the paranormal experience.

There are several ways to use this TRI FIELD METER, please refer to the operational manual specifically written for ghost hunters included in our K3 box. We are the first company who built and enhanced such a meter for ghost hunting because most of us are ghost hunters ourselves.

You can use this meter as a ghost detection device when you go to bed. Place it by your dresser or night stand (depending on the setting) and relax. Sleep. The meter will monitor the room and alert you of any paranormal occurrences. This meter has a filtering mechanism so that cell phones, Air Conditioners cycling, power line load differences and the like will be mostly ignored.

Meters of this kind can be used as an electronic communication device where TV's Ghost Hunters such as TAPS have actually used it to ask certain questions of ghosts. Answers were given by the frequency of the lights moving, for example twice for yes and once for no.

Calibrating our K3 TRI FIELD METER is very simple, just a turn of a knob. After calibrating the meter, have someone walk around, since ghosts emit a greater amount electrostatic energy, this simulates a ghostly presence, albeit much less noticeable by the meter than a real ghost.

The integrated sound circuitry in our meter audibly alerts you of any anomaly, plus the bright LEDs, or Light Emitting Diodes, light up according to the strength of the anomaly therefore our meter can be used in pitch black darkness.

We have tested this device in various haunted areas of St. Augustine, including the famous St. Augustine Lighthouse (one of our favorites). After the meter detects an anomaly invariably one of our crew was either poked or tugged and a strange cold feeling is felt throughout. Hair stands erect as electrostatic forces increase. This meter is truly a great find for ghost hunters.

UPGRADED K2 EMF METER with Sound and Switch NOTES

An EMF meter measures Electro Magnetic Fields. Try this with a magnet, wave it over the meter and see what happens. The meter goes off. Why? Because when a magnet is in motion it emits an electromagnetic wave much like what a ghost does.

This type of meter is a staple in the ghost hunting community and this specific K2 meter is seen on TV being used by the ever popular TAPS (Ghost Hunters on the Sci Fi Channel). There is a small flaw with this meter in the sense that it can induce a false positive reading by not applying enough pressure to the center soft touch button. It is for this reason that we added a sturdy metal switch on the side of the meter. We also added sound circuitry so that you don't have to keep looking at the lights while you're walking around. That could be dangerous.

Since ghosts emit more energy than a human, such a meter will be sufficient in most ghost hunts, however, the more sensitive the device, the better the paranormal experience as with our K3.

The K2 meter's lights increase as the Electro Magnetic signature intensifies. Our user friendly enhancements to this meter (IE: Switch and Sound) do not interfere with the meter's sensitivity.

This device has also been tested in various haunted areas of St. Augustine. It really does work although this meter is not as sensitive as the K3. The K2 also picks up cell phones, Air Conditioners and power lines so be aware of what is around you when you use it..
